I came in on 7/4 with dehydration and severe uti and was given a partial bag of iv fluids and a prescription for nausea medication. Much like DMH they are mostly concerned about pregnancy status and taking scans that cost hundreds of dollars. I was treated kindly by the staff but they provided no real help. They continue to send letters stating my balance owed but refuse to update my information in their system so I can make a payment.

Went here today for extreme dizziness and trouble with my balance by 🚑 They didn't treat me for what I came for they did X-rays of my chest and a cat scan of my stomach cause I mentioned having a case of diarrhea with in three hours I was being released without treating my symptoms. Oh not to forget I had two accidents cause they wouldn't answer the call light

I was born in this hospital in 1968. Since then I didn't have much contact, but recently I supported my Father as he went through a knee replacement surgery. Due to his age, he struggled quite a bit, which led to him being here for 10 days total. From the very beginning until his departure, everyone we dealt with was exceptional. I do write this review with sincerity of heart as it is difficult to watch your loved ones go through something like this. From the doctors, to the nurses, to the CNA's, to those that came in to clean and bring his meals to him, and, finally, the priest who shared prayers and encouragement with him numerous times. I want to say, "Thank you!" Our experience with St. Mary's was nothing but positive. Also, do not want to forget to mention Sheena that handled the behind the scenes situations between hospital, insurance, and rehabiliation facilities. I do not know what goes into all of this, but she went above and beyond any expectations I had. She represented the hospital well.

I went in there tonight for an eye infection that was severe. Everybody from the front desk to the end were polite and listened. Even when it was something they hadn't seen before. I was there for about 2 hours and they check on me multiple times. Probably one of the better ERS I've been to

What is the purpose of having an ER emergency department when you have to wait over 4 hours to be called. What if you are dying ! Where to begin. ER check in receptionist unprofessional, rude, noncommunicative, not showing any care. I brought my daughter for stomach pain from 10pm until 12am nobody has reached out to us. This is a disaster, disaster. I have been to DMH SAME sh…t Close these hospitals down man! There is no staff no doctors no nurses Waste of paying power bills on this building. ER receptionist is playing Solitaire By the way she said they are busy tonight…the lobby was packed 🫢!!
